NutriAI ("we", "us", or "our") operates the NutriAI mobile application and website. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information We Collect
- Account information: Email address and password when you register.
- Health and fitness data: Age, weight, height, gender, activity level, and dietary goals you provide to generate your meal plan.
- Usage data: Meal logs, food diary entries, shopping cart items, and workout records you create in the app.
- Payment information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
How We Use Your Information
- To generate and display your personalized AI nutrition plan.
- To save and sync your meal logs and progress across sessions.
- To process and verify your subscription status.
- To respond to support requests.
Third-Party Services
- Supabase — stores your account data and meal logs securely.
- Anthropic (Claude AI) — processes your health inputs to generate meal plan recommendations.
- Apple App Store / Stripe — handles subscription billing. We do not receive your full payment details.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is stored for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed.
Children's Privacy
NutriAI is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

NutriAI provides general nutrition information and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making dietary changes.
