By downloading or using the NutriAI app ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Terms

NutriAI offers the following auto-renewable monthly subscriptions:

• Starter — $4.99 / month
• Pro — $9.99 / month
• Elite — $14.99 / month

All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or payment method at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use NutriAI. You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only and not to misuse the AI features or share your account credentials with others.

3. Medical Disclaimer

NutriAI provides general nutrition information generated by AI. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions about your health or diet.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NutriAI are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutriAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
